Rubens Barn dolls are designed in Sweden and handmade in China. The family run company that produces them has highly skilled seamstresses, that have been making Rubens Barn dolls since their inception over 16 years ago. A Rubens Barn doll is created by hand, taking over 100 different steps. Made from 100% polyester materials, the faces are sculptured in a soft fleece fabric, with embroidered eyes and cheeky smiles.
The dolls can be machine washed at 30 degrees celsius and tumbled dried on a low heat and the clothes should be hand washed.
Rubens Cutie Karin is a 32cm doll who has green eyes and blushed cheeks. Her soft red/brown hair has a pale green bow in it and she is wearing a pretty green dress. The bodice is green and white check and the skirt is pleated with a white polka dot pattern, Around the waist is a pink ribbon with a rose on the front and under her dress she wears plain white knickers. Karin is a very lightweight doll, weighing just 155g making her an ideal first dolly.
